Ingredients

  • 1 cup - dry Drumstick leaves (washed and chopped finely)
  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1 cup - jowari flour
  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 5 to 6 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - Coriander seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Drumstick Thalipeeth:

    1. Mix all the ingredients well, except the ghee.
    2. Add sufficient water to make a stiff dough.
    3. On a non-stick tawa, smear a little ghee and heat well.
    4. On low flame, make small dosas and roast on both sides until golden, applying a little ghee when you flip the sides.
