Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 5 to 6 flakes - Garlic
  • salt as required
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • How to Make Dry Chicken Roast:

    1. Clean the chicken and to it add ginger-garlic paste and all the powders. Salt and marinate it for an hour.
    2. Then pressure cook it for 5 minutes.
    3. In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and butter, and then add chicken to it. Keep roasting till it is dry.
    4. Garnish with coriander leaves, onion, carrot and lemon. Tastes good with fried rice and vegetable noodles.
