Ingredients

  • For the crumble: Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon (powdered) - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper (powdered) - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Walnut (coarsely ground) - 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • For the filling: Apple - 900 g
  • Raisin - 50 g
  • Sugar powder - 50 g
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Dry Fruit Apple Crumble:

    1. Pre-heat an oven.
    2. For preparing the crumble, sieve the wheat flour and mix cinnamon and black pepper.
    3. Add butter and mix such that the flour mixture becomes like breadcrumb.
    4. Add brown sugar and walnuts.
    5. Peel the apples and remove the seeds.
    6. Cut the apples into long pieces and spread in an oven-safe dish.
    7. Sprinkle sugar powder and raisins on the apple pieces.
    8. Sprinkle some water.
    9. Spread the crumble on top and bake until it becomes slightly pinkish and the apples are soft.
    10. Serve with cream or custard.
