  • I layer
  • Milk - one and a half liter
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • cashew nuts, powdered - 3 tbsp
  • Almond essence - 2 drops
  • layer:
  • dried Apricots - 50 gm
  • dried Figs - 50 gm
  • Dates - 50 gm
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • How to Make Dry Fruit Delight:

    1. For Layer I:
    2. Boil the milk till it is reduced to 1/2 its volume.
    3. Add sugar and continue to cook till the mixture begins to thicken.
    4. Add cashew nut powder and cook till the mixture is semi solid.
    5. Add essence and spread in a shallow glass dish.
    6. For Layer

    8. Soak all the dry fruits in water for 1 hr. Chop them (Remove the seeds from apricots and reserve.)
    9. Cook them in the water in which they were soaked, till soft.
    10. Add sugar and cook till it is thick.
    11. Spread over the I layer. Serve hot or chilled.
