Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Carrots
  • 1 can - condensed Milk
  • 1 can - evaporated Milk
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Dry fruits - for garnish

How to Make Dry Fruits Carrot Kheer

  • Grate carrots.
  • Add butter to a skillet, when it warms add the grated carrot. Lower the heat and cook for about 10 min.
  • Now add both the evaporated milk and condensed milk. Cook for 10-15 mins on low heat.
  • Garnish with dry fruits
