  • 1/2 cup - Cashewnuts
  • 1/2 cup - Almonds
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Milk
  • 4 tbsp - Water
  • 1 tsp - Ghee.

How to Make Dry Fruits Katri

  • Grind the cashew nuts and almonds together to make a coarse powder.
  • Make sure they are at room temperature before grinding.
  • Now boil sugar and water in a non-stick vessel and thicken to a 1-string consistency.
  • Add milk and nuts powder and mix well. Keep stirring continuously to make a soft dough like consistency.
  • Transfer it to a greased (using ghee) plate and knead it for a while.
  • Roll it out to make a round shape of 1/4 " thickness.
  • Let it cool.
  • Cut into diamond shapes.
  • Serve cool.
