Ingredients

  • 1 cup - garlic flakes
  • 1 cup - dry shredded coconut or copra
  • 1 cup - roasted peanuts
  • a handful of sesame seeds
  • 1 cup - dry red chillies
  • salt to taste

How to Make Dry Garlic Chutney

  • Roast all the ingredients separately. On cooling, grind coarsely and allow to cool again.
  • Store it in an airtight container. Serve with parathas, dosas, rice etc.
