Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Garlic flakes
  • 1 cup - dry shredded Coconut or copra
  • 1 cup - roasted Peanuts
  • a handful of sesame seeds
  • 1 cup - dry Red Chillies
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Dry Garlic Chutney:

    1. Roast all the ingredients separately. On cooling, grind coarsely and allow to cool again.
    2. Store it in an airtight container. Serve with parathas, dosas, rice etc.
