Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - tender lady's fingers
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic

How to Make Dry Lady's Finger Pepper Fry (Okra Fry)

  • Wash the lady's fingers and dry them well.
  • Cut into rings, discarding the ends. Mix with pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the lady's fingers until golden brown and crisp.
  • Garnish with fried onions.
