  • 1/2 kg - potatoes
  • salt to taste

How to Make Dry Potato Wafers

  • Parboil the potatoes. Add salt while boiling.
  • Strain the water out immediately after par boiling the potatoes.
  • When they cool down, peel the potatoes.
  • Cut into thin wafers.
  • Arrange them in a polyethylene sheet or on a thali.
  • Dry them in direct sunlight.
  • Fry wafers in oil when required.
