Ingredients

  • 1 cup - puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup - cornflakes, crushed lightly
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 - boiled potato, finely chopped
  • 1 slice - raw mango, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - thin sev
  • salt and lemon to taste

How to Make Dry Puffed Rice Bhel

  • Dry-roast the puffed rice in a dry and heavy pan until light in texture. Cool a little in a large bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately.
