How to Make Dum Aloo in Peanut & Chironji Paste

  • Put all the potatoes in a polythene bag and keep them in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Take them out and peel them.
  • Prick them with a fork and fry peanuts, chironji, and sesame separately till light brown.
  • Make a paste by adding a little curd.
  • Add salt to taste, garam masala, and amchoor powder, and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Then in a closed container, microwave it, and keep it on power 50 for five minutes.
  • Serve hot decorated with dhaniya patha.
