Ingredients

  • 500g - small round Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp - Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Chironji
  • 2tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp - Amchoor powder
  • 1 tbsp - dhaniya patha
  • How to Make Dum Aloo in Peanut & Chironji Paste:

    1. Put all the potatoes in a polythene bag and keep them in the microwave for 5 minutes.
    2. Take them out and peel them.
    3. Prick them with a fork and fry peanuts, chironji, and sesame separately till light brown.
    4. Make a paste by adding a little curd.
    5. Add salt to taste, garam masala, and amchoor powder, and marinate for 1 hour.
    6. Then in a closed container, microwave it, and keep it on power 50 for five minutes.
    7. Serve hot decorated with dhaniya patha.
