How to Make Dum Gosht

  • Pour ghee in a kadai.
  • Once the ghee melts, add onion.
  • Saute till it becomes brown.
  • Once brown, add the mutton and the ginger garlic paste and cashew nut paste and yoghurt.
  • Mix and saute.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add the red chilli, coriander powder.
  • Add the cloves, cumin and mutton stock.
  • Cover the vessel with a lid.
  • Once the mutton is cooked, add mace powder and garam masala.
  • Add a few drops of saffron.
  • Garnish with coriander and ginger.
