  • 1kg - keema
  • 250g - onions, sliced fine and fried crisp
  • 1 tsp - papaya paste
  • 1 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 1.5 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - poppy seeds
  • A handful of chopped mint and coriander
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Dum Ke Kebab

  • Wash and drain the keema and grind it.
  • Add all the ingredients and mix. Set aside to marinate for 2 hours.
  • Divide the mixture into equal-sized small balls.
  • Drizzle ghee on the keema balls.
  • Grill in oven till golden brown.
