How to Make Dum Ke Pasanday

  • Rub salt and ginger-garlic paste to the pasanday. If the meat is hard, rub 1 teaspoon of ground papaya peel. Keep for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and rub well.
  • Put in a baking dish and arrange tomato or egg slices on top; bake in a moderate oven at 180 C for 30 to 40 minutes.
