Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - onions, big
  • 8 to 10 - Green chillies
  • 1 pinch - chat masala
  • karya pak leaves few
  • 1tbsp - coriander
  • 1/4 tsp - soda
  • salt to taste

How to Make Dumplings

  • Take maida, eggs, onions, soda, salt, coriander, karyakpak, and chopped green chillies all together in a bowl.
  • Add some water & mix well. The batter should be thick.
  • Drop spoonful of the batter into hot oil and deep fry.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
