How to Make Dutch Medley Salad

  • Dice the apples, cheese and sausages and cut the tomatoes into sections.
  • Peel and dice the cucumbers. Chop the spring onions.
  • Blend well with a fork, the mayonnaise with mustard, chilli powder and salt.
  • Toss the diced apples, cucumbers, onions, cheese and meat in the mixture. Mix well.
  • Garnish with sections of tomatoes.
