Ingredients

  • 3kg - red dry chillies
  • 10g - aniseed (suwa, shopa)
  • coriander/dhania
  • 250g - turmeric/haldi
  • 250g - till (sesame seeds)
  • 250g - Mustard Seed
  • 250g - kus kus (poppy seeds)
  • 250g - Channa dhal (Kabuli Channa)
  • 250g - whole Wheat
  • 250g - peppercorns
  • 10g - maipatri
  • 50g - Cinnamon
  • 10g - Cardamoms
  • 10g - Cloves (spice)
  • 10g - bardian
  • 10g - kababchini
  • 10g - tirphal
  • 10g - naikaiser
  • 10g - zaipatri
  • 250g - jeera/cumin seeds

How to Make

  • Clean the ingredients and dry them in the sun.
  • Roast each ingredient separately in an earthenware pot.
  • First pound the red chillies and then the others. Mix them thoroughly and bottle them in perfectly dry bottles.
