  • 24 - red dry chillies
  • 2 pods - whole garlic
  • 4 tsp - jeera/cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp - salt
  • 2 inch - turmeric/haldi
  • 4 tbsp - vinegar

  • Make the vindaloo paste, by grinding the ingredients, in the vinegar.
  • Can be used with the meat.
  • Fry the paste with the seasoning. Add the recipe base and fry.
  • Then add vegetables and make a curry or dry dish.
