Ingredients

  • 24 - red dry chillies
  • 2 pods - whole Garlic
  • 4 tsp - jeera/cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp - salt
  • 2 inch - turmeric/haldi
  • 4 tbsp - Vinegar
  • How to Make East Indian Vindaloo Masala:

    1. Make the vindaloo paste, by grinding the ingredients, in the vinegar.
    2. Can be used with the meat.
    3. Fry the paste with the seasoning. Add the recipe base and fry.
    4. Then add vegetables and make a curry or dry dish.
