Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked rice, cooled
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 4 - beaten eggs
  • 1 lb - ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - vanilla
  • 9 inch - pie shell
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • How to Make Easter Pie:

    1. Grease a Pyrex dish. Beat ricotta cheese and eggs. Add the rest of ingredients, except cinnamon.
    2. Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
