  • 25 - badam/almonds
  • 1.5 times of Badam paste - Sugar
  • same amount as Sugar - Ghee
  • How to Make Easy Almond Halwa:

    1. Soak badam in water for half a day.
    2. Peel and make a paste with milk in a mixer.
    3. Take sugar (1 and 1/2 times of badam paste) in a kadai, add some water to it and boil it until you get a thin string.
    4. Then add the badam paste and mix well.
    5. Add the ghee a little by little and stir well.
    6. You should keep the gas flame on medium.
    7. After 8 minutes, switch off the gas and remove the kadai from heat and keep on stirring.
    8. As it starts getting cold, it will solidify.
    9. Then spread it on a plate and garnish with raisins and shape as you like
