Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium sized Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - extra virgin Olive oil/ Corn oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - of chilli powder/paprika
  • How to Make Easy Aloo Jeera Fry:

    1. Steam 3-4 medium sized potatoes for 6 min in a microwave.
    2. Remove the potatoes, peel them, and cut into small cubes.
    3. In a pan add olive oil, potatoes, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika and salt.
    4. Cook for 4-5 minutes till potatoes become soft.
