Ingredients

  • 2 pounds - Salmon fillet
  • 10 ounces - Tomato paste
  • 1 - Onion (Medium)
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 4-5 - Green chillies
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp - Haldi (Turmeric) powder

How to Make Easy bake Salmon

  • In the blender, mix all ingredients (except fish) and make a fine paste.
  • Marinate the fillet in the paste in a flat baking dish for at least 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Place the baking dish covered with aluminium foil in the lower rack and bake for about 45 minutes.
  • After this, bring the dish up to the top rack and broil at 450 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
