  • 4-5 -firm thick Raw bananas
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Easy Banana chips:

    1. Peel the skin and put bananas in plenty of salted ice water. Slice bananas with a chip slicer into water, add in turmeric.
    2. Keep for 10 minutes, drain out water fully.
    3. Spread out on a kitchen cloth to remove moisture.
    4. Heat oil till smoky.
    5. Add some chips at a time, deep fry till almost crisp.
    6. Make a paste of 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. water.
    7. Add t his to the chips to make it more crispy.
    8. This process need be repeat after 2-3 rounds only.
    9. Repeat for remaining chips.
