How to Make Easy Banana Fritters

  • Beat the egg nicely, mix in flour and then add enough milk to form a thick batter.
  • Cut the banana into thin and long slices.
  • Dip the slices in batter and deep fry to a light golden colour. Drain.
  • Place the fritters in a serving plate.
  • Mix marmalade and orange juice.
  • Heat 1/4 tsp- butter, add marmalade mixture and blend thoroughly. Heat for a few minutes and pour over banana pieces. Serve immediately.
