Ingredients

  • 1 cup - beetroot, grated
  • 1/2 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/2 cup - coconut, grated
  • 4 - Red Chillies
  • Tamarind - Lemon size
  • 3 flakes - Garlic
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Easy Beetroot chutney:

    1. In a little oil, saute urad dal till golden brown, add curry leaves, red chillies and garlic.
    2. Add beetroot and saute well till cooked.
    3. Now add coconut and saute for 2 mins and grind with tamarind and salt to make thick chutney.
