Ingredients

  • 1 - Beetroot
  • 1/4 kg - Wheat flour
  • Salt- to taste
  • Oil.
  • How to Make Easy Beetroot Paratha:

    1. Boil the beetroot, mash and knead with the flour.
    2. Make a dough, adding a little water if needed.
    3. Make small balls and roll it out into rotis.
    4. Cook on a tava after applying oil.
    5. Serve.
