Ingredients

  • 400 g- beet root
  • 2 cup- Onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 litre - Curd
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Easy Beetroot Raitha:

    1. Steam beet roots for 10 minutes. Cool, peel and grate it.
    2. Mix the beetroot with rest of the ingredients. Serve with biriyani.
