  • 400 g- beet root
  • 2 cup- onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 litre - curd
  • salt to taste

How to Make Easy Beetroot Raitha

  • Steam beet roots for 10 minutes. Cool, peel and grate it.
  • Mix the beetroot with rest of the ingredients. Serve with biriyani.
