Ingredients

  • 250g - bhendi
  • 50g - assorted nuts
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin and coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil to fry

How to Make Easy Bharleli Bhendi

  • Slit the bhendi and keep it aside
  • Fry the nuts and grind with chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder
  • Add 1 tbsp oil to the powder and mix it well.
  • Stuff masala in the bhendi and shallow fry.
  • Goes well with chapatti or dal rice.
