Ingredients

  • 100 gm - oma podi
  • Sev 10 - small pooris
  • 2 - Potato
  • 1/2 cup - Bengal Gram
  • Puffed Rice - 2 cups
  • Onions - 2
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup - Raw Mango pieces, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves
  • How to Make Easy Bhel Puri:

    1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
    2. Boil the Bengal gram in a separate vessel.
    3. Chop the onions and tomatoes finely.
    4. Add in oma podi, sliced raw mango, mint chutney made of mint leaves.
    5. In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, chopped onions and tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, mashed potatoes, small puris, cooked dal and mix well.
    6. Add salt, mint chutney.
    7. Mix well and serve.
