  • 250 g - bhindi
  • 2 tbsp - peanuts
  • 1 tsp - channa dal
  • Red chillies to taste
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • 1 tsp - coriander seeds
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Easy Bhindi Fry

  • Slit bhindi twice.
  • Deep-fry in oil.
  • In another pan, lightly roast peanuts, red chillies, urad dal, channa dal and coriander seeds.
  • Grind into a fine powder.
  • Saute chopped onions and green chillies in a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil.
  • Add bhindi, salt and the powder and mix well.
  • Serve with chapattis.
