Ingredients

  • 250 g - Bhindi
  • 2 tbsp - Peanuts
  • 1 tsp - Channa dal
  • Red Chillies to taste
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Coriander seeds
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Easy Bhindi Fry:

    1. Slit bhindi twice.
    2. Deep-fry in oil.
    3. In another pan, lightly roast peanuts, red chillies, urad dal, channa dal and coriander seeds.
    4. Grind into a fine powder.
    5. Saute chopped onions and green chillies in a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil.
    6. Add bhindi, salt and the powder and mix well.
    7. Serve with chapattis.
