How to Make Easy Bottle Gourd Halwa

  • Remove the skin and seeds of the bottle gourd and grate it.
  • Take ghee and fry the grated bottle gourd for 10 mins.
  • Now add sugar to the grated bottle gourd and stir it for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Now add condensed milk to the above mix and stir it till the mix becomes thick.
  • Now fry kaju, kismis in little ghee.
  • Add cardamom, fried kaju, kismis to the above mix.
  • Serve.
