  • 8 slices - bread
  • 1 medium sized - Onion
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 pieces - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • Fresh Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • How to Make Easy Bread cutlet:

    1. Chop onion, garlic, ginger and chillies and set it aside.
    2. Heat a pan and add 2 tsp of oil, chopped onion, ginger, garlic and chillies and stir fry for a few minutes. Add chilli powder to it.
    3. Turn off the heat.
    4. Add grated coconut and coriander to it. Stir it well and keep aside.
    5. Remove the crust of the bread and dip in water. Squeeze the excess water out and add the fried mixture to the bread and knead it well.
    6. Heat pan and make cutlets using the above mixture. Put a little oil on the pan and fry cutlets till both sides are crispy.
