  • 4 Slices of plain white bread
  • 8 tbsp- Black sliced olives
  • 1 Small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 cup- Shredded cheese (Mexican four cheese mix will be good)
  • 4 tbsp- Finely cut bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Easy Bread Pizza

  • Butter the bread slices lightly and layer with 2 tablespoons of olives, 1 tablespoon of bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of onion, and top with cheese.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a preheated toaster oven (400 C) place the bread slices and leave it until the cheese has completely melted and starts to brown.
  • Serve immediately as an evening snack.
