Ingredients

  • 450 g - refined flour
  • 300 ml - lukewarm warm water
  • 30 g - butter
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 2.5 tsp - dry yeast

How to Make Easy Bread Rolls

  • Mix yeast in a little lukewarm water and keep aside.
  • Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
  • Sieve the flour and mix with the sugar-salt solution. Add the yeast ferment and mix into a soft dough.
  • Knead in butter and divide the dough into 15 portions.
  • Make round balls and shape them into desired shapes.
  • Place on greased baking sheets and leave in a warm place with a wet cloth wrapped over it.
  • After 45 minutes, brush water on the rolls and bake at 230 degree C for 10 to 15 mins.
  • Remove and brush with melted butter.
