How to Make Easy Butter Chicken

  • Clean and cut the chicken.
  • Make a paste with the ingredients for marinade, rub it well over the chicken pieces and marinate it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Cook the chicken in an oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan, add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt and water and bring the gravy to boil.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice, and then the cooked chicken pieces and let the gravy simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add cream in the end.
  • Serve hot.
