  • 1kg - carrot
  • 1/2 litre - boiled milk
  • 1/4 kg - sugar
  • 200ml - ghee
  • Nuts and dry fruits as required
  • 2 - cardamoms

How to Make Easy Carrot Halwa

  • Cut carrots coarsely and blend with a little milk in a mixer.
  • Heat a pan, and add ghee, cardamom, and carrot paste; saute.
  • Add the remaining milk and sugar, and keep stirring till it thickens.
  • Garnish with nuts and dry fruits.
