Ingredients

  • 500 g - cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2-3 - medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp- cumin-coriander powder
  • 1 pinch - asafetida
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp - chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 large pinch - Turmeric powder
  • salt
  • few - Curry leaves (optional)
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • How to Make Easy Cauliflower Curry:

    1. Make sure to break the cauliflower into small florets. Wash and clean them well.
    2. In a skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil.
    3. Add the cumin seeds; make sure they don't burn.
    4. As soon as they become aromatic, add the spices, and tomatoes along with the salt.
    5. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
    6. Now add the florets and give it a good toss.
    7. Close the lid, lower the heat to low-medium and let it cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft.
    8. Add the cilantro and curry leaves (optional)
    9. Serve hot.
