Ingredients

  • Channa Dal(soaked) - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Coriander leaves - a small bunch
  • Cashew -10
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Garlic -1.5 tsp
  • Garam Masala -1 tsp

How to Make Easy Channa

  • Fry the chopped onions till golden brown. Add all the ingredients (except coconut) along with fried onions and grind well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the ground mixture, salt and water as needed for consistency.
  • Grind coconut finely with a little water.
  • After oil gets separated from the mixture, add coconut mixture and let it boil for 10 or 15 minutes.
