  • Boneless Chicken - 250 g
  • Onion - 4, medium sized
  • Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli - a few
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground cardamoms, Cinnamons and Cloves - 1 tbsp
  • Basmati Rice - 400 g, half cooked and drained
  • Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • How to Make Easy Chicken Biryani:

    1. In a non-stick pan, add the chicken pieces, ginger paste, onion, green chilli, chilli powder and salt and cook until done.
    2. Add the half-cooked rice and mix properly with the chicken.
    3. Mix in the freshly ground garam masala.
    4. Cover and cook until done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
