Ingredients

  • 4 - skinless, boneless Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 - tsp salt
  • 1/4 - tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - oil for frying
  • For Honey mustard sauce:
  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • 1/4 cup - Dijon mustard

How to Make

  • Cut the chicken into 1/2 x 2-inch strips. Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip chicken in milk and roll in flour mixture and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with honey mustard sauce.
  • For the sauce, mix together all the ingredients. (Ideally, prepare this sauce the previous day.)
