Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch - mint leaves
  • 2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 100g - khoya
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Easy chicken kebab

  • Blend together all the ingredients in a blender expect coriander leaves.
  • Once the chicken is blended, take out the blended paste in a bowl and add coriander leaves to it; mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Shape into balls or rolls as per your style.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil in a kadai and serve hot with sauce or mint chutney.
