Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch - Mint leaves
  • 2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 100g - khoya
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Easy chicken kebab:

    1. Blend together all the ingredients in a blender expect coriander leaves.
    2. Once the chicken is blended, take out the blended paste in a bowl and add coriander leaves to it; mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
    3. Shape into balls or rolls as per your style.
    4. Deep-fry in hot oil in a kadai and serve hot with sauce or mint chutney.
