Ingredients

  • 20 - medium sized Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 - Egg beaten
  • 3 tsp - Corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Easy Chicken Wings

  • Cut the tips of the chicken wings then marinate them with all the above ingredients except the oil and set aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken wings till crisp.
  • Serve hot.
