How to Make Easy Coconut Burfi

  • Mix the coconut and sugar well in an electric rice cooker.
  • Switch on the "cook" mode.
  • Once it goes to the "keep warm" mode, stir and switch on the "cook" mode again.
  • When it moves to "keep warm" mode again, remove the burfi onto a greased plate.
  • Pour and cut when cool.
