Ingredients

  • 150g - Beaten Rice (Poha)
  • 200g - Curd (Dahi)
  • Salt (Namak)
  • How to Make Easy Curd Rice:

    1. Take about 100 to 150g of thin variety of beaten rice (Poha) per person.
    2. Wash well with hot water and remove the water.
    3. Add salt.
    4. Just before eating, mix the poha, which is well soaked and soft by now, with yogurt and serve. This is the best replacement for the good old curd rice
