Ingredients

  • 1 cup - urad flour
  • 2.5 cup - Rice flour
  • 1 tsp - Methi powder
  • 2 tsp - besan (optional)
  • 1 tsp - Curd or buttermilk

How to Make Easy Dosa Mix

  • Mix all of the above ingredients.
  • Then add water slowly until you get the required consistency.
  • Leave it overnight to ferment.
  • The next day, heat a tava and make dosas.
