How to Make Easy Egg Biryani

  • Cut eggs into half (8 pieces)
  • Chop chillies and onion into small pieces
  • Add oil in a pan and heat it
  • Then add cinnamon, cloves, ginger-garlic paste, chillies, onions and fry it for 3 mins
  • Wash the rice and add water, add turmeric, eggs, the sauted mixture and salt to taste
  • Cook this in electric rice cooker
  • Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves on top
