Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs (beaten with enough pepper powder and salt)
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp each - Ginger and garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup each - carrot, beans, capsicum, finely chopped
  • Oil to saute
  • 3 cups - basmati rice, cooked
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder

How to Make Easy egg fried rice

  • Heat oil and saute the onion.
  • Add ginger and garlic and then the eggs and scramble them. Add in the vegetables and cook.
  • Finally, add the cooked rice and pepper powder and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
