Ingredients

  • 1 lb - cat fish fillets (or any other)
  • 1 handful - coriander leaves
  • 3 - cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder and turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - freshly pounded black pepper
  • 1 tsp -dhaniya
  • 1 tbsp - corn starch and soy souse
  • 1 tsp - fresh tamarind juice or kokum or both
  • salt
  • oil

How to Make Easy Fish Fry

  • Mix fish in soy sauce and marinate it for 15 mins and then wash it.
  • Grind all ingredients except corn flour.
  • Mix it with fish and marinate it for 15 mins.
  • Then mix corn starch and then shallow fry it in low flame.
