Ingredients

  • 3 cups - cooked basmati Rice
  • 2 tbsp - pepper
  • 1-2 tsp - salt
  • A dash of oil
  • 1/2 - capsicum, cut into long strips
  • 1 - carrot, cut into long strips

How to Make Easy Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a wok. Add all the ingredients and stir for 5 minutes or till thoroughly mixed.
  • Serve with any raita or plain yogurt.
