Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and soya sauce - 1 tsp each
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion - 1 (small)
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tsp

How to Make Easy Gobi Manchurian

  • Mix together gram flour, cornflour, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli paste, soya sauce and salt.
  • Prepare a thick batter by adding water.
  • Heat the oil to a medium heat.
  • Dip each gobi florets in the batter and fry until it becomes crispy.
  • After frying, place the fried gobi on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  • Heat a tsp oil in a pan, add some chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
  • Add tomato sauce and a little soya sauce to the onions.
  • Then add the fried gobi manchurian and mix well until the gobi is coated with the sauce.
  • Serve hot.
